In the past, our team collaborated with local cafe Mchapter for Sakura Fest, where they provided catering services and a variety of collectible figurines for sale. Mchapter showcased their diverse offerings, creating a memorable experience by blending delightful cuisine with unique collectibles.
Xmas LAN Overnight Event (December 16 2023)
As an Xmas LAN Event Coordinator, I collaborated with my team to successfully organize and execute a festive gaming event for the local community. Our responsibilities included selecting and setting up the venue, managing the competition, and promoting the event to attract a diverse audience of gaming enthusiasts.

Worked closely with a dedicated team to plan and organize the Xmas LAN event, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Participated in selecting an appropriate venue, taking into account factors such as accessibility, size, and available facilities.
Assisted with the setup and breakdown of the venue, ensuring optimal layout and organization for gaming stations, seating, and social areas.
Played an active role in creating and implementing a well-structured competition, including developing tournament rules, brackets, and schedules.
Utilized various marketing channels, including social media, local gaming communities, and online forums, to effectively promote the event and attract a diverse and engaged audience.
Coordinated with local gaming stores, influencers, and other relevant partners to further amplify the event's visibility and reach.
Actively sought feedback from participants and attendees to identify areas for improvement and continually enhance the overall event experience for future Xmas LAN gatherings.
Xmas LAN (December 9 2023)
On December 9, 2023, I undertook the comprehensive role of capturing photos and videos at the "Winter Xmas LAN" event while simultaneously updating Twitter in real-time to track the event's progress. This unique holiday-themed LAN party not only highlighted the excitement of esports but also infused the joyous spirit of Christmas, creating an unforgettable experience for attendees. Through my lens and social media updates, I successfully captured and shared key moments and highlights, marking it as a highlight in my personal achievements. My efforts not only enhanced the event's online engagement and participation but also provided a window for those unable to attend in person, allowing them to feel the thrilling and warm atmosphere of the event.
No Man’s LAN (March 12 2023）
We have helped with marketing and publicity for NML in the past. So that the target number of registrations was finally reached. We also managed the Booths Area for the NML event. We contacted many local merchants and hoped that they would come to sponsor us. Through this event, we established a good relationship with the local merchant Mchapter
Sakura Fest (April 13 2024)
Together with Harshil and Tae, I co-organized the Sakura Fest on April 13, 2024, where we served as the core management team. Sakura Fest is an anime convention that celebrates the beauty and diversity of Japanese animation and culture. Our aim was to create an immersive experience for fans, offering a platform for artists, creators, and enthusiasts to connect, share their passions, and explore the latest in anime and manga. The event featured a variety of activities, including panels, screenings, cosplay competitions, and merchandise booths, all set against the backdrop of the enchanting cherry blossom season. Our collaboration and dedication made Sakura Fest a memorable event that brought together the anime community in a celebration of creativity, storytelling, and culture.
